HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

The Housekeeping services can be extended at an extra fee as follows:

  • Weekly Clean: A regular, general cleaning that will keep your room clean and tidy. For this option please add €12.00 on your weekly rent rate.
  • Bi-Weekly Clean: Like above but the service will be provided every other week. For this option please add €8.00 on your weekly rent rate
  • End of tenancy Clean: This option will ensure that your room is sparkling clean at check-out thus avoiding any unnecessary charges. This option comes at the cost of €50. You can order this service by emailing us at living@themed.com.cy. Please place your order 3 working days in advance.

PARKING

A number of parking spaces are available to rent in the buildings underground parking. Tenants can secure their parking spot at a cost of €200 for the duration of the tenancy.

Payment

Full Payment Instalment

  • Receive (2%) reduction on the rental price by paying the full amount in advance
  • August 1st each year: Full amount

Two Payment Instalment

  • Receive (1%) reduction on the rental price by paying the full amount in two installments
  • August 1st each year: (50%) of the full amount
  • November 1st each year: (50%) of the full amount

Three Payment Instalment

  • The three instalment plan offers no reduction on the rental price.
  • August 1st each year: (1/3) of the full amount
  • November 1st each year: (1/3) of the full amount
  • February 1st each year: (1/3) of the full amount
