Applications for renewal must be submitted by 15 April 2026
An application for renewal does not guarantee its acceptance. All applications will be reviewed by the management and residents will be informed of the outcome by 30 April 2026.
The management reserves the right to decline any application and will not be obliged to give an explanation.
The new contracts will be sent to you and your guarantor for signing by the end of June 2026.
The first installment for the new contract must be paid by 01/08/2026.
