1. Applications for renewal must be submitted by 20 March 2024
2. An application for renewal does not guarantee its acceptance. All applications will be reviewed by the management and residents will be informed of the outcome by 30 March 2024.
3. The management reserves the right to decline any application and will not be obliged to give an explanation.
4. As from 31 March 2024 any rooms not allocated to current residents will be offered to new applicants.
5. The new contracts will be sent to you and your guarantor for signing by the end of July 2024.
6. The first installment for the new contract must be paid by 01/08/2024.
